Welcome to NutriCheck. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

NutriCheck is a wellness application that provides general nutritional suggestions and meal planning tools for people with or without diabetes. Our App offers:

  • Nutritional information and diabetes-friendly meal suggestions
  • Meal planning tools and dietary tracking features
  • General wellness content for people with or without diabetes
  • Educational resources about nutrition and healthy eating

NutriCheck provides general wellness suggestions for people with or without diabetes. This App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not provide medical advice or replace professional medical care. Always consult with your healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet, medication, or treatment plan.

3. Age Requirements

This App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. However, users under 13 years of age must have parental consent to use the App. Users between 13-17 years of age should use the App under parental guidance.

4. User Responsibilities

By using NutriCheck, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your profile
  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Understand that all suggestions are for general wellness purposes only

5. Subscription and Payments

NutriCheck offers subscription-based premium features:

  • Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

6. Data Storage and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your data. Key points:

  • Most data is stored locally on your device
  • We do not store chat messages, meal scans, or meal plans on our servers
  • When you delete the App or clear data, this information is permanently removed
  • We do not share your personal data with third parties

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by the developer and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriCheck and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. App Store Terms

Your use of NutriCheck is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the App Store Terms, the App Store Terms shall prevail.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
